A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager, on behalf of our client based in Croydon.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Programming and coordinating construction works on site
- Manage sub-contract fit out and construction/MEP works from commencement of work through to handover to Main contractor
- Responsible for co-ordination and supervision of all site staff
- Conduct regular inspections of fit out and construction works throughout each project
- Coordinate trades and suppliers
- Liaise with Main Contractor, sub-contractors, the client and other stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- SMSTS black card
- Previous experience working within residential construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Junior project management experience ideal
- Strong leadership skills
- Confident in dealing with people of all backgrounds
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Proficient in use of BIM, Microsoft Office
