**Site Manager - Student Accommodation and residential refurbishment/Cladding/Design and Build**

Based around Croydon
Full-Time, permament**
Howells Solutions are working with a leading Construction Contractor to recruit a team of proactive Site Managers that will deliver Student Accommodation and residential refurbishments, cladding and design and build projects in and around Croydon.

As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting propertiespre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.
You will also hold relevant Site Manager qualifications including:

- SMSTS
- Current Scaffold Inspection Certificate
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness (preferred)

**Site Manager Salary & Package**
You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success. This is a full time, permanent role for which you will receive up to £55,000 + Car/Allowance+ Benefits.
