Due to ongoing growth, my client, established over 60 years ago, are a pioneer within the marketing and communications side of the print industry. Based at their Cheadle head office, they are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to bolster their Direct Mail client services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to further their skills and join a progressive company.

You don't need print experience to succeed in this role, just a passion for customer service/client relationships. With fantastic progression opportunities on offer, you will be joining a successful, fast-growing team. You will be required to work 3 or 4 days in the office.

Within this role you'll be responsible for internal administration, raising orders and dealing with jobs that come through - managing projects from briefing stage through to delivery and invoice completion. Your focus will be on Direct Mail, campaign mail, ad-hoc mailings and data.

**The Role**
- To assist the Senior Account Manager with managing direct mail projects - client enquiries and progressing work from brief to completion and liaising with clients on briefs.
- To provide support to client team in delivering a high volume, fast turnaround service to the client stakeholders
- Co-ordinate data, studio, design, print and digital marketing requirements
- To maintain systems to provide accurate job trafficking and delivery information
- Manage personal workload to complete individual and team tasks within agreed timescales
- Works as part of a team to deliver a first class service

**The Person**
- Experienced in a client relationship role or similar - junior account manager / account executive / relationship manager / customer service / customer relations
- Is IT literate and can accurately edit PDF content and proof updates
- A commercial acumen - can recognise when changes in services/projects have a financial consequence and highlight accordingly
- Has an understanding of print and/or direct mail (highly beneficial but not essential)
- Can work to SLA's and can be flexible in their workload and task allocation to ensure client demands are met
- Can confidently communicate to a high standard both verbally and written to internal stakeholders as well as clients
- Is a team player but is also happy to work alone and unsupervised when required
