**Role Overview**

We have an exciting opportunity for a G4S Customer Services Assistant to join our team in Cheltenham. You will provide support to the Total Facilities Management area of the contract by receiving, acknowledging and processing all TFM service requests, processing visitors, assisting with Desk Management and providing switchboard services. Covering shifts between 6.30am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday.

You will answer, screen, administer or transfer inbound calls as required, give written responses to routine enquiries, resolve administrative problems and inquiries, escalate service-related issues where necessary and follow up high priority works to ensure the customer contact is fully informed.
- Experience of delivery excellent customer service
- Proven experience working as part of a team

It would be desirable for this role if you had an understanding of information management systems or databases and had previous experience in a Facilities Management environment.
