We have an exciting opportunity for people to join the team here at Chaiiwala, Southall. We are looking for people who can work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Applicants must be available to work between 08:00 and 00.00 Monday to Sunday on either a full time or part time basis.

Available positions:

- Front of House

Daily duties:

- Welcoming customers and determining their interests in hot and cold beverages.
- Producing and serving extraordinary tea, coffee and other beverages.
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service that encourages feedback and return custom
- Be knowledgeable about all products on offer and be able to comfortably answer any customer queries
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £7.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
