We are looking for a Receptionist to join the team based at Southall on a full time, ongoing temporary basis.

This role is offering £11.60 and £12.80 per hour (equivalent to £22,327 - £24,676 per annum).

**The role**:

- To support the front of the house reception team
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with student queries
- Ensuring visitors are welcomed and signed in
- Helping manage calls coming through to the switchboard.

**What do we need from you?**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and Verbal)
- A good standard of administrative skills
- Able to deal with challenging & difficult people/ situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Accurate ability on a range of IT packages ideally including large corporate databases
- Experience working in a complex and diverse student or customer-focused environment
