**A fantastic non-for-profit organisation is undergoing an exciting growth period and is seeking a brand new Creative Lead to head up their creative team.**

**Creative Lead - Stockport - £35,000 - £40,000 - Charity**

Established around 20 years ago this company has over 100 employees in the UK and is affiliated with multiple countries across the globe. They are proud to establish education, healthcare, and lifestyle programmes that empower thousands of people in need.They also provide aid and relief during emergencies and natural disasters.

This new role is an amazing opportunity for a senior creative looking for their next challenge. You will be leading the team and giving creative direction to ongoing campaigns for the charity. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, your dayswill be filled with pace and variety and crafting beautiful, eye-catching designs. You will be delivering outstanding campaigns that can and will save lives, making the world a better place.

**Role responsibilities**
- Lead the team in creating fantastic campaigns, creative concepts, and pushing the brand’s visual identity
- Coach, mentor and inspire your team of 10 people, including designers, videographers & copywriters plus freelancers
- Hands-on design campaigns, from briefing & conception to designing & delivery
- Work across social media, print, web, fundraising, pitches, experiential, and educational campaigns
- Present impactful ideas to internal & external stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Senior Creative or Designer
- People and team management experience
- Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as PowerPoint & Word
- Background in charity or non-for-profit would be advantageous
