As an Internal Auditor, you will be part of a small, dynamic team responsible for ensuring the financial compliance and governance of our organization. Your work will span across our care services nationwide and our Head Office departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct proactive internal finance audits of social care services and Head Office departments.
- Lead reactive fraud and financial abuse investigations.
- Contribute to policy reviews related to client and corporate finances.
- Deliver finance training sessions.
- Enhance systems for both corporate and client finances through continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement fraud awareness campaigns across the organization.

**What We’re Looking For**:

**Additional Information**:

- **Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9-5 with negotiable flexibility).
- **Travel**: Travel is required, including occasional overnight stays (expenses covered).
- **Driving Licence**: A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you thrive in this varied and strategic role.
