**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with the option of flexible working

**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Credit Controller will handle the collection of payments from our customers, dealing with queries and liaising with the invoice clerk to ensure invoices and credit notes are accurate and distributed in a timely manner.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collection of outstanding debt from all customers
- Maintain the sales ledger through accurate allocation of customer receipts
- Liaise with Service Delivery Managers to deal with outstanding debts and customer queries
- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner

Reporting on cash collections to the financial controller on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

**Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role**
- Credit control experience essential
- Strong communication skills
- Personable and fits in with the team
- Establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally
- Organised and methodical approach

**IT skills**:

- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Experience of Sage 200 would be advantageous
