**Client Details**
This is a full-time permanent PA role providing admin and secretarial support for an exec and his team responsible for providing a high-quality support service across diary, travel general admin and document management. Based in their fun and vibrant butflexible Hills road Cambridge Offices working within a supportive admin and secretarial function
**Description**
Personal Assistant Duties and responsbilitties
- Assessing, managing and prioritising a range of admin and secretarial duties
- Responsible for ensuring relevant documentation and information is available to the team ahead of meetings
- Managing relevant diaries and travel booking domestically
- Responsible for compliance, anti-money laundering requirements
**Profile**
This Personal Assistant role requires the following experience and characteristics;
- Experience in a similar admin, PA or secretarial role
- Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and good experience of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Remains calm under pressure and has excellent planning and organisation skills
- Has the ability to work as part of a team and establishes good working relationships at all levels
- Has good presentation skills and attention to detail skills
- Positive can-do attitude/willing to learn
