Partner Enablement is a collaborative team, working closely with sales and internal development teams to implement our XDR software and solutions. The Partner Enablement Associate acts as a coordinator for incoming implementation requests, ensuring a high partner experience and that all success criteria are met promptly. This person will play a key role in business retention, responsible for interfacing with NEW or existing partners to help setup their products and services as quickly and seamlessly as possible. This person also acts as a liaison between various resolutions teams to troubleshoot and resolve any implementation roadblocks.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Coordinate and aid in implementation of XDR self-service, manual service, and software solutions
- Give introductory and informational product demos and overviews to NEW partners and end users
- Work closely with Partner Enablement Engineers, to setup services and/or troubleshoot and resolve partner and end user implementation blockers
- Regularly report on and supply visibility and internal awareness to partner and end user health, drivers of attrition, and partner satisfaction on a scheduled basis to help inform business actions
- Recommend improvements to internal technologies and workflow to improve partner experience, maximize internal efficiency, and drive partner engagement
- Work with Partner Success and Support team to resolve related inbound requests
- Help support team knowledgebases, escalation FAQs, and partner facing documentation

**What you bring to the role**
- 2-4 years' experience with Customer Service or Partner Services experience (within a software company preferred)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Can manage multiple tasks and orders at one time
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Project Management experience a plus
