British Offsite, part of the Weston Group provides a total procurement and supply chain solution to Weston Homes including but not limited to, International Procurement, Warehousing, Build Off Site Manufacturing, Logistics and On Site Installation.
We are looking to recruit an Installations Coordinator to join our Field Services Team. Based at our office in Braintree you will play a pivotal role in the scheduling and coordination of the installation teams to fit British Offsite products lines. This currently includes ; Kitchens; Bathrooms; Bedrooms and the UniRange products (Panelised SFS Infill Systems). Whilst this role is office based, the installation teams will be required to travel to Construction sites across the South East of England.
**Key Deliverables**
- Coordinate the installation teams as per the installation plan and schedule
- Feed through manufacturing and logístical requirements in a timely manner to other departments
- Daily monitoring of the installation plan, coordinating effectively with other British Offsite departments to ensure adherence to the plan across the business
- Maintain and maximise the productivity of the installation teams by allocating local resource and managing travel time to site
- Monitor installation teams productivity against set targets and parameters, producing effective reporting/KPI’s to be fed back into the Contracts Manager and Director
- Organise and plan any Customer Care remedial works to be carried out as required with the collaboration of other stakeholders
- Effective communication with the Customer Liaison department and other relevant stakeholders including manufacturing, logistics/ transport and site teams
- Build and develop strong relationships with the installation teams
- Assist the installation team in resourcing materials and tools required in the line of their work
- Pro-active communication with the FS Supervisor in respect to issues in the field which could affect adherence to plan
- Effectively plan and manage ad-hoc requirements from the Customer
- Interpret the Customer’s call off schedule and requirements effectively and deliver upon the plan to meet the Customers expectations and deadlines
- Maintain the master schedule in respect to installations completed and forecasted future installations, updating information from the Customers call off schedules
- Assist in monitoring iAuditor reports to ensure installations have been completed effectively and to plan
- Any other duties commensurate with this post.
