About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and innovative business. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a busy project team.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering the organisation's technology solutions from planning through to go-live. This role supports the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial site survey and scope of works through to installation, client handover, and post-installation follow-up.
You'll work closely with the wider Operations, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure each project runs smoothly, on time, and to the company's quality standards. The position combines hands-on site activity with structured project coordination and client-facing communication.
Role Accountabilities
- Conduct site surveys and produce clear scope of works documentation in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and logistics in line with agreed timelines.
- Liaise closely with internal teams (Technical, Support, Account Management, Logistics) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Attend installation and go-live events to support engineers and ensure successful deployment.
- Complete both soft and hard project closures, ensuring full handover to the Account Manager and completion of post-install documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, and updates in line with internal processes.
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary to keep delivery on track.
- Build positive client relationships and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and documentation.
- Work proactively with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Previous experience in a project coordination or project management role (ideally in technology, retail, or hospitality environments).
- Experience working with EPOS, SaaS, or IT deployment projects.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of project management tools.
- Comfortable working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Desirable:
- Experience delivering EPOS or SaaS-based technology projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
