At the centre of our UK business, Ocado Logistics is a network of high-tech, fast-paced warehouses, spokes and offices across the country. Our people are at the heart of this, and are devoted to providing a first class service centred entirely around our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible shopping experience.
Communicating with employees in any organisation can be a challenge, but particularly when your workforce is dispersed across multiple locations, and the majority are not desk-based, but instead spend their time out on the road or on the warehouse floor. Whilst our front line teams are working hard to feed the nation, we are busy modernising our communications strategy to continue to improve the people experience.
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Communications Specialist to join our People Experience Team on their journey to find new ways to communicate. As a People Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the Ocado Logistics communications strategy across the network and will proactively support the internal and external brand, whilst focusing on ways to maximise levels of employee and external applicant engagement across the network
