Customer Journey Team Support

Our Client is looking to hire a Customer Journey Team Support.

They are the country’s largest housing association with 125,000 homes nationwide. First and foremost, they’re a social landlord, providing affordable homes overwhelmingly for people who can’t meet their housing needs on the open market. They’re also a propertydevelopment company, a charitable foundation and a repairs and maintenance service. By 2040 they will be the undisputed leading housing group for good quality, fit for purpose, well managed and sustainable private rent homes.

To support this ambition they’re looking for a Customer Journey Team Support to join their team in Croydon. This role is part of the wider Customer Experience team which serves to ensure the customer receives the best service at each touch point of theirjourney of moving into their new home. In this key role, you’ll support the Sales Progression and Resales teams to respond to initial queries in a clear, professional way and ensure that the customer database is updated with accurate data. You’ll provide generalsupport to the team including, reporting, diary management and minute taking.

Some of the other key duties include:

- Daily management of team mailboxes, maintaining SLA for response timeframes
- Filing and record keeping, ensuring compliance for audit and regulatory purposes
- Data management of trackers and systems to produce sales reports
- Ensure all procedural documentation and filing systems are maintained
- Organising meetings, diary management and team events

They are looking for someone with proven experience within a customer focused environment and excellent IT skills. You’ll come to them with experience of data management systems and a high level of accuracy to create documents, reports and files at shortdeadlines. Ideally

you’ll have some experience of the conveyancing process and Shared Ownership but this is

not essential.

You’ll need to be organised and have the ability to work in a busy, performance focused working environment with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be working independently, therefore, you’ll need to demonstrate you have the skills to be proactive anduse your own initiative, and manage your workload with mínimal supervision. You’ll be solution-focused with a willingness to constructively challenge and contribute ideas for improvement, you’ll have already have experience of delivering against challengingperformance targets.
