**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using practice management software
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient enquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Process payments and organise billing in accordance with practice policies
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and data entry
- Support the dental team with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

**Qualifications**
- Previous office or administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented with a positive attitude towards teamwork and patient care

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
