We are currently recruiting highly motivated personnel to join our new Northeast and Cumbria area region.

Our Leadership are focussed on building a sustainable and profitable business unit based on selective, relationship-based business driven by outstanding people who are motivated by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Relationships with our customers and supply chain partners drives our business strategy. We have a balanced approach to securing new work, engaging with customers and frameworks that offer the opportunity for long-term relationships and repeat business.

We have strong pipeline of work in the North East and Cumbria made up of preferred bidder and negotiated projects which are due to commence over the coming months.

**What we need from you**
- You will need the right to work in the UK.
- To take responsibility for delivering specific tasks, goals, and objectives.
- To work proactively and deliver defined tasks to an industry standard.
- Manager tasks within the context of a project or company objective. Whilst take day to day decisions on your own, you will refer significant decisions.
- To be accountable for the performance of a small team.
- In operations you will manage small or medium projects and sites. As well as supervise larger teams of trades of co-ordinate significant functions on a larger project.
- In commercial you will manage costs and quantities on small projects or as part of a team on a larger project.
