Reporting to the Ledger Team Manager duties will include:

- Recording and reconciling all customer and travel agent receipts in a timely manner.
- Investigating queries.
- Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in regards to queries.
- Processing customer refund requests in accordance with company terms and conditions.
- Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in regards to queries.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

- You must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good IT skills are required including Excel at intermediate level.
- High level of numeracy and data inputting with meticulous attention to detail is required.
- Good written and verbal skills are essential.
