Itsm / Bmc Remedy Sme

People Source Consulting are current seeking Experience Service Architects / ITSM Specialists with a Background in Defence clients to take on a 12 month contract for our MOD Client.

Day to Day Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Onboard to Our Clients Programme Solution Architecture team, understand current situation and objectives and agree scope of task.
- Detailed work within BMC Remedy
- Engaging with Client Onboarding team to understand the Service and Supplier onboarding
- Digest and fully understand the content of the Defence Digital Service Management Framework (SMF) v2.0 and associated documents.
- Engage with Third Party suppliers to understand the Service Centre processes and ITSM tooling
- Engage with SMITS to understand their ITSM tooling requirements at and their ability to onboard IT Services
- Engage with Defence Digital and wider Defence delivery teams to facilitate the design of the end-to-end ITSM solution and the onboarding of their IT Services.
- Work with the Programme team, Internal Resources, Third Party Suppliers, and security leads, to gain agreement to the proposed Onboarding solutions.
- Assist the Programme Team in the design, build, test, transition and early life support of IT Service onboarding.

The successful Service Architects will need to hold SC Clearance prior to project start and as such should hold currently live SC Clearance currently OR be eligible and willing to go through SC Clearance.

In Return:

- £600- £700pd (Inside IR35)
- 12 Month Contract
- Corsham base location (2-3 Days on site)
