Grundfos are looking for a Projects Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team, based at our head office in Leighton Buzzard.

Our Project Coordinators act as front-line support for the delivery of ETO Projects (Engineered to Order), site based projects as well as site service installations. The key function of the Project Coordinator role is to ensure we deliver projects in line with the scope and to the timescales set alongside the Project Managers/Site Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage vendors and sub-contractors to ensure alignment of service levels and ensure best pricing is available to us.
- Responsible for ensuring we carry out all project work in line with the Group and UK project execution processes.
- Responsible for project stock within the warehouse. To include monthly stock takes, stock cleansing, ensuring SAP systems and warehouse levels match.
- Carry out logistics activities in the workshop/warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery to site.
- Handle customer issues when these arise working closely with the PMO team.
- Liaise with Project Management Office team and Project Managers on delivery and supply chain

**Qualifications/Experience**

We are looking for someone with the following:

- Understanding of mechanical and electrical components
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Experience in managing sub-contractors
- An ability to work within processes and systems to deliver the programme efficiently

**Personal characteristics**
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and able to work on own initiative
- A good communicator working with the supply chain, Project Manager and customers.
- Customer focused
- Confident and articulate with good communication skills
- Forward thinker
- The ability to work in a demanding and ever-changing environment where meeting time deadlines are a key tasks
- Ability to pick up and learn technical details.
