**About the school**

The school are a medium sized mixed mainstream school for primary students aged 3-11 years old based in West Acton. They currently have 676 students in the school with a further 21 students within their Autism provision. The resource provision is purposebuilt with specialist features for students with additional needs, including a calm room, where students can request to go to decompress when feeling overstimulated, a sensory room, with tactile toys, textured materials and interactive graphics and an OccupationalTherapy room where students can engage with sensory regulatory activities that engage their gross motor skills. They aim to provide children with a specialist provision where they are taught by a high ratio of specialist staff in small, low arousal classrooms.The high number of staff allows for pupils to have their individual needs met and support them in accessing the National Curriculum. There is an expectation that ARP pupils will integrate into mainstream school life for part of the day.
