The successful individual will have experience working public sector projects, ranging from £2m - £10m. You will be working in an Estimating position and ideally have a refurbishment experience background within the construction industry. The Senior Estimator must have experience working on a range of projects from New builds through to full refurbishments.

This position would be great for an individual who is seeking progression in their career or someone who is looking for more exposure within the public sector.

Overview Estimator to join a Construction Company near Spalding.
Working on a range of projects; public sector focused.
Educational, Healthcare and Government projects across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia.
Assess new tenders, checking for completeness and accuracy of information supplied.
Interpret Geotechnical Reports, Archaeological Reports, Site Surveys, Contamination Reports and the like.
Principles of Best Value, Framework Agreements and Partnering.
Marking up supplier and subcontractor enquiries to enable competitive quotations to be obtained.
Measure or schedule materials quantities for enquiry send-outs.
Taking-off skills as where quantities are required
CAD-Measure to take off quantities from drawings in DWG & PDF format.
Senior Estimator Position RequirementsExperience working in the public sector; Education, Social housing, Government and Healthcare.
Working in a Senior Estimator position currently
Projects ranging from £2m - £10m
Excellent knowledge of high quality refurbishments

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
