**Job Title: Project & Commercial Controller**

**Area: East Region Management Team**

**Your key responsibilities**

You will spend most of your time dedicated to Commercial administration and non-technical project coordination. You will provide day to day support to the Delivery Manager and programme management team, their activities and project co-ordination, including both financial & general tasks. You will lead on ensuring the preparation of payments for Direct & Build Partner stakeholders. Ensuring jobs packs have the correct commercials and management of Cost Variations will be an integral part of the role. As a key player within the regional operation, working closely with stakeholders such as Finance & operations will mean that being flexible in your approach and time management will be vital.

**Experience Required**

Essential
- 3 years + experience of project administration
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to create, maintain and develop effective working relationships with partners, as well as with colleagues within the organisation
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively for the mutual benefit of the team
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high levels of quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to use MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge and experience of administrative payment processes, in particular the processing of Subcontractor Payments
- Experience working with Telco Build Synthetics including ability to break down job packs and calculate commercial units
- Experience handling DFE’s (Deviation from Estimate) across a range of Partners and Builds
**Desirable**
- Project Management Qualification
- Familiarity with Office 365 and SharePoint
- Experience of working on large scale Telecoms projects
- Document management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
