Our client - a leading firm of accountants and business advisors is seeking a part-time Resourcing Coordinator to join its fantastic People team.
Our client is a leading firm of accountants and business advisors, who have been operating in the market for over nine decades. Currently experiencing a period of growth, they are seeking a Resourcing Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis. The ResourcingCoordinator will sit within the Recruitment & Resourcing team, which is part of the wider People team. The resourcing team work to ensure employees throughout the firm are deployed effectively in order to meet business objectives and offer trainees as muchexposure to various portfolios of work as possible.
The role:
Working alongside an existing Resourcing Coordinator, you will deliver a professional resourcing service to the business by ensuring that the firm's trainees are deployed across the business effectively so that each manager's portfolio of work is sufficientlystaffed. As Resourcing Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
*Using a resource management software for job planning, you will book trainees onto jobs, working to ensure each trainee is exposed to as many developmental opportunities as possible, and that all bookings are fair and consistent
*Ensuring all bookings, including changes, are communicated to managers and that all job information is kept up to date
*Reporting on the variety of work undertaken by the employee
*Maintaining the job plan, by actioning the additional of new trainees, removal of, leavers, and reporting any issues to the Resourcing Manager
*Working with the Early Talent team to ensure training courses are on the job plan in order for this information to be relayed to the management team when necessary
*Supporting the Recruitment & Resource team with any ad-hoc duties where appropriate
As the successful Resourcing Coordinator, you will ideally have at least two years of experience in a similar role with strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills. You will be analytically minded, and able to manage your own workload ina fast-paced environment. As Resourcing Coordinator, you will:
*Have a least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
*Possess strong communication skills in order to liaise confidently with staff at all levels
*Be team orientated and flexible in your approach to work
*Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ideally previous experience using a resourcing system
