**Project Controller / Planner - Manufacturing**

**Reading (Hybrid)**

**Role Purpose**
- To offer technical support for the creation, upkeep, and reporting of a portfolio, programme, and sub-projects utilising Primavera (R19+) and CEMAR. (NEC4)
- Events in the BID Phase and Compensation
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in Oracle Primavera that are Level 4+ (R19)
- Create logically sound schedules and programmes (Multiple Projects)
- Resource usage and expense Logic-Based Scheduling
- Gather resource-intensive requirements for projects and programmes
- Create budget spend profiles for each WBS level
- Produce a Critical Path Logic Traced Model (Backward and forward pass)
- Create Cost sheets for the Bid Excel CE600 summary
- Create monthly reports for clients and upload to CEMAR
- Participate in biweekly project reviews and create updated schedules
- Plan baseline management and provide reports that highlight various deviations
- Create a detailed delivery schedule and managed it on a daily basis for the implementation phase of the schedule
- Daily updates to include all approved CEMAR Compensation Events

**Key Objectives**
- Create fully resourced and budgeted project plans utilising the project management team's data
- As requested by each Project Manager, provide status updates in compliance with work instructions, and produce cost and schedule reports
- Identify significant deviations from the project schedules and present the data in reports and/or graphs
- Give the project manager timely, accurate information to support project programme trend information
- Direct support with the creation of project programmes for the project managers
- Communicate with subcontractors, compile development data, and update the project schedule
- Cross-reference invoices with actual work performed
- Creating bid estimates
- Carrying out cost analyses for project work
- Carry out cost analyses for project work Assist in determining customer needs Carry out feasibility studies
- Perform risk, value, and cost management; provide procurement strategy advice
- Create and evaluate costings for bids
- Assign tasks to subcontractors
- Examine results and create thorough progress reports
- Recognize the effects of health and safety rules.

**Key requirements**
- Project planning qualification
- 3 years industry experience
- Experience with Primavera
- Minimum 5 years Portfolio, Programme and Project Planning
