Our client is a growing and reputable organisation with offices located in Oxford. A new permanent opportunity has arisen in their business for an Account Executive.

Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting Account Managers within their allotted regions.
- Maintaining the CRM system to support effective account management and marketing efforts.
- Promoting awareness of the communications systems and how to use them with a view to driving usage by customers.
- Supporting the Account Managers in building relationships with customers and key contacts to help maintain effective communication.
- Assisting with gathering information to collate reports for onward transmission to customers.
- Working with Account Managers to support new customer implementation projects.
- Responding to ad-hoc customer queries as and when they arise and escalating them where appropriate.

On offer is a basic salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, predominantly remote working, as well as good benefits and the opportunity for future progression.
