We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work closely with our Warehouse team to maintain traceability of all Goods In, including accurate records of any wastages. the post-holder will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring all stock is accounted for and support the Technical team in carrying out relevant checks on good in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track all goods in accurately and in a timely manner, counting stock and recording discrepancies, if any
- Inspection and quality assessment of incoming products and/or raw materials
- Assisting with weekly and monthly stock takes
- Document control and traceability
- Stock control during pre-determined schedule including use by date and rotation compliance
- Compliance with food and hygiene requirements
- Providing back up support to the Customer Service and Accounts team
- Oversee set up of and smooth handover of afternoon deliveries
- Attend team meetings as and when requested
- Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned to you from time to time

**Person Specification**
- Proven experience in managing stock
- Computer literate and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with a cross functional team
- Excellent attention to detail and time keeping skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
