Excellent Salary available £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus & benefits

The Role:
Reporting to the Group Head of Operations, you will join a well-established organisation and be responsible for the full Quality management of the group.

Duties include:

- Develop and manage the strategic and day to day operations of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service levels are the focus of continuous improvement.
- Report and manage company quality KPI’s.
- Support cross function team work specifically within operations & supply chain to deliver operational KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Business Process are aligned and drive efficiency cross functionally.
- Support and develop excellent relationships with distributors, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage all non
- conformances and corrective and preventative action plans internally and with customers and suppliers.
- Manage complaint reduction with reporting from customer service and liaising with operations and supply chain.
- Manage the certification of new product.
- Manage the testing of incoming materials and finished goods.
- Support technical innovations and engineering on new products and processes from feasibility to launch.
- Ensure adequate skill mix within function, providing training and coaching for team members.

The Person:

- At least 5 years’ Quality Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Qualified to at least HND level
- Internal auditing / Lead/External Audit experience and ISO 9001:2015 certified
- Experience of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 is essential
- Hands-on experience within a manufacturing and/or FMCG environment is essential

- Excellent salary available £60,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
