Job Summary We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Delivery to lead our engineering, support, and service delivery teams. This senior leadership role ensures our services are delivered with excellence, aligned with client needs, and continuously evolving to meet the demands of a dynamic threat landscape. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the delivery strategy aligned with business goals.Lead and mentor delivery teams to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape service offerings and delivery models. Service Delivery Management Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of managed services, projects, and support.Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics, driving improvements where needed.Oversee incidents, problems, and change management processes. Client Engagement Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues. Operational Excellence Implement best practices in ITIL, Agile, and DevOps where applicable.Drive efficiency through process optimisation, automation, and resource planning.Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across delivery functions. Team Development Build and maintain a high‑performing delivery team.Identify training needs and support professional development.Foster collaboration across departments including Sales, Engineering, and Support.
