**Would you like to work in the Internal Sales team for a large multinational company with a fanatic working environment and friendly team? This high profile company has sites across the UK and is looking to expand their team. They are looking to add someone to their Internal Sales team, dealing with a range ofexisting customers.**
**What will you be doing in the Internal Sales Team**:
Working as part of a team you will be dealing with a wide range of existing customers across various sectors including well-known companies. Duties will include:
- Looking after your own customers across a range of businesses, building a strong relationship and understanding of their needs
- Taking and processing orders
- Dealing with customer queries and providing advice
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to develop the range of products they purchase, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate
- Liaising with other internal departments to resolve customer issues and needs
- The role involves dealing with existing customers and does not involve cold calling
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience**:
- Youre a people person - you will love talking to existing customers
- You'll ideally have experience in an Internal Sales, Sales Support or other phone based customer service or sales role although this is not essential
- Youre tenacious, goal driven and ambitious
- You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- You have a passion for self improvement and are keen to develop
