Room Leader

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.**
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with others.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time; must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, families, and the public.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basingstoke: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
