We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Retail Operations Administrator to join our Store Operations team, within Fenwick Tunbridge Wells

**This role has an immediate start date and will finish 15/01/24**

**About the role**

Our Retail Operations team play a pivotal role in the store, owning, and coordinating our processes and procedures. You will work collaboratively to ensure all our teams are supported daily; whilst you may not be customer-facing, your role is vitally important for our store’s success

We look for warm and welcoming people who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-oriented to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed
- An enthusiasm for working in a premium retail environment (Essential)
- Experience of working within a similar role (Desirable)
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, even if indirectly
- Highly organized, IT literate, and comfortable with using various systems
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.72 per hour
