Spire Tunbridge Well Hospital are looking for an Administrator to join our fantastic team to provide general administrative support to the Pre-Operative Nurses.

Spire Tunbridge Wells is a 36 bedded acute hospital situated in rural Kent, located within five miles of Royal Tunbridge Wells and on the boundaries of West Sussex. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including two operating theatres,a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. Please note that due to the rural location of our hospital you must have access to your own transport.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
Working as part of the team that provides Pre-Operative Assessment for our patients you will be responsible for receiving booking forms from the Inpatient team, booking and arranging all appointments with the patients and the nursing staff and setting upPre-Assessment clinics and workshops. This is a varied role that will include plenty of stakeholder engagement within the hospital and additional administration involving medical records and clinic lists.
