We are looking for a Gift and Data Processing Co-ordinator to join the team. The role will provide an efficient, effective, and flexible administrative support to the Trust’s Fundraising Team and to your immediate team (the Data, Processing and Performance Team).

What it's like to work here:Working days Monday - Friday.

Our central head office Heelis, is situated in Swindon, Wiltshire. We're well placed, with ample parking nearby, a shopping outlet with plenty of options for places to eat, and the town centre only a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can enjoy our open plan atrium space for lunch times, with our internal cafe available every day.

This post is contractually based at our offices in Swindon. There will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. Because this role does involve several business-critical tasks, you should expect to be in the office 2-3 days a week

What you'll be doing:Working within the appropriate Trust procedures and systems, you’ll be completing daily, weekly, and monthly data and gift (donation) processing, as well as completing a number of other regular or ad hoc activities to support the team.

You’ll champion best practice, compliance and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when it comes to dealing with the relevant aspects of our fundraising data, and the gifts and personal data of our supporters.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Highly organised and able to multi-task with the ability to prioritise own workload and see tasks through to completion.
- Communications skills, able to build and maintain business relationships at all levels.
- Provide administration support to the wider Fundraising team in relation to gifts and donations received.
- Confident with numbers and recording financial information.
- Knowledge or interest in databases and maintaining records.
- Knowledge of how to deliver excellent customer service.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Able to use Microsoft Suite of tools, Outlook, Word, Excel
