**Purpose of the role**

Working within the Supply Chain department and working with the wider operational business functions to support project delivery in line with business and industry standards. As a Graduate Project Coordinator, you will be managing micro projects and supporting the delivery of key strategic projects. Supporting all areas across the Demand Driven Network with alignment to our partners.

**Scope & Relationships**

The Graduate Project Coordinator will report to the Operations Project Manager and will be supported by the wider global Supply Chain team. The role requires daily interaction with all key Supply Chain stakeholders and the wider Commercial, Technical and Buying teams. The role is commercially aligned to our customer demand and central to the operations. The Graduate Project Coordinator will primarily work closely with the Operations Project Manager, the Group Operations Director and Supply Chain and Operations functions. This is a dynamic role playing a key part in the end to end customer fulfilment, focusing on continuous improvement, cost, service, delivery, performance and efficiency. The Graduate Project Coordinator will need to be remain flexible and adapt to the ever changing business needs while pro-actively managing their workload.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage Micro-Projects within Supply Chain and the wider business
- Internal and external communication
- Supervise tasks assigned to project workers
- Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
- General organisational tasks
- Prioritise work as directed by the Operations Project Manager
- Promote an attitude of innovation, adaptability, positivity and intrinsic team motivation with a constant focus on being customer centric
- Support the wider Supply Chain Team in contributing to the business plan with understanding of the impact of the business and Supply Chain strategy on all purchasing activities

**Experience**
- Ability to manage several tasks and initiatives simultaneously
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Project Management, with a knowledge of Six Sigma and DMAIC tools
- Business Studies BA (HONS) degree or in a similar area of study
- Working understanding of SAP, ERP and Supply Chain knowledge.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
