Although they are based in North Shields, they cover North Tyneside and more They have created a highly experienced team who have a wealth of local knowledge spanning more than 30 years, with their passion for sales & marketing they are increasingly the agent of choice.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Sell properties by matching buyers and sellers.
- Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers; meeting potential sellers through advertising.
- Review listed properties by examining property; recommending improvements that will enhance sale ability; coordinating with appraisers to set a selling price; closing a contract.
- Develops sales by meeting potential buyers in; placing advertisements; responding to inquiries.
- Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations; contract signing.
- Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organisations.
- To bring in residential properties onto housing market and to assist in aspects of sales procedure until property has been sold.
- Increase sales portfolio by generating new leads for sales book valuations, carryout market appraisals.
- Upload properties on software along with write ups, produce window displays brochures
- To set a frame work for the organisation to generate income from the sale of financial products related to sale of properties i.e. mortgages/insurance

**Role Requirements**
- Previous Sales experience is essential.
- Full UK Driving licence and own transport
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
