**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions and photographs.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, viewings, and transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales negotiation is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
