**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during our busy season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience while assisting with various tasks throughout the store.
**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organised and tidy store environment, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with cash handling and basic maths tasks at the till, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Support inventory management by helping with stock replenishment and organisation of backroom areas.
**Experience**
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak periods.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for helping others.
