As an Ice cream Assistant your role will be creating a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our gelateria. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individual who is confidentto interact with people and takes great satisfaction from knowing your great service has made customers day better.

**Duties**:

- Making sure all customers leave with smile
- Selling and preparing gelato, coffees, cakes, etc
- Being able to take on duties to support your team
- Having high standards of appearance, presentation, and work
- Having a knack for visual merchandising and critical eye for how things are displayed
- Working effectively and efficiently with and without direction
- Always being proactive
- Being comfortable working evenings and weekends according to the operational needs
- Ability to multitask
- Follow both company and store policies and procedures
