Receptionist/host/hostess

We are currently looking for a full-time evening Host/Receptionist to work 30 hours per week and to cover the following shifts:

- Monday to Thursday: 14.15 - 22.15

**Typical day**

As a host at Premier Gym & Fitness you will be the first port of call for all our members; greeting & helping make sure each of our members have the best experience possible.

**Your duties will include**:

- Meeting and greeting all members and non-members and quickly identifying their needs and ensuring these needs are met.
- Conduct tours of the gym for non-members and complete the process for membership sign up.
- Update membership details on in house software (full training will be provided).
- Booking inductions, PT sessions and meetings.
- Make prospect calls to follow up on sales leads.
- Making barista coffee and smoothies for members and non-members.
- Ordering and rotating stock
- Processing invoices for payment
- Cleaning duties - keeping the café area clean and tidy and assisting the gym team with the close-down of the facility.
- Using a computerised till for payments, reports and cashing up at the end of the day.
- Selling a range of prepared food.

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
