**The Role**

As a Cruise Connoisseurs, you are the single point of contact your customer, you are their personal concierge. You will be an expert in researching, planning and creating the perfect cruise holiday.

We want you to get to know your customer and to know what exactly what you are looking for. You will enjoy taking the hassle out of booking process for your customers, make this an easy and exciting time for them.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Building, nurturing and growing our customer base through various sales methods
- Generating your own sales leads via social media channels
- Converting company generated leads and seeing the full sales cycle through
- Providing the very best service levels to each and every customer

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- 2 years’ experience selling luxury cruise products.
- A passion for the travel and cruise industry
- Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Good working knowledge of cruise destinations on all 7 continents
- Customer focused with a relentless approach to providing our customers with a world class pre and post booking experience
- A flexible individual who can work in a small team
- Proven track record of selling luxury cruises
