**CRUISE SALES CONCIERGE -ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide customers with quotes, and booking cruises with allleading cruise operators
- Book bespoke package holidays, flights, transfers, cruises,hotels etc for the customer, providing them with a well organised andseamlessly smooth holiday.
- Deliver an exceptional sales experience through our values:

- You must be motivated, enthusiastic and determined tosucceed
- Desire to work as part of a fast paced, growing company withplenty of opportunity on offer
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Previous sales/ customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about cruises and dedicated to providingcustomers with the very best in 1 to 1 personal service
- A commitment to work hard in order to reap the rewards
- Self-motivation and tenacity
Desirable:

- Previous travel industryexperience
- Experience using cruiseline booking systems
- Proven sales trackrecord
