A Manufacturing company based in Worcester (Eardiston) are looking for an Administrative Assistantto join their team on a temp - perm or permanent basis working 8 hours on days shift, Monday to Friday.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
Checking quality of the product
Ensuring all orders meet client requirements
Carrying out basic checks when required
Assist with stock control
Machine Mind
Assisting with moving of stock and materials to different parts of the Production area.
Moving through different parts of the Production area determined by the needs of the business.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be required to:
Have worked as a Factory Assistant before would be beneficial but not essential.
Precious experience in Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
Good verbal communication skills
Able to work to tight deadlines
A natural team player with a positive attitude
Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
