A Manufacturing company based in Worcester (Eardiston) are looking for a Factory Assistant to join their team on a temp - perm or permanent basis working 8 hours on days shift, Monday to Friday.
The company themselves have over 40 years' experience in casting supplying to a range of high-profile customers.
As a Factory Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Checking quality of the product
- Ensuring all orders meet client requirements
- Carrying out basic checks when required
- Assist with stock control
- Machine Mind
- Assisting with moving of stock and materials to different parts of the Production area.
- Moving through different parts of the Production area determined by the needs of the business.
As a Factory Assistant you will be required to:

- Have worked as a Factory Assistant before would be beneficial but not essential.
- Precious experience in Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- A natural team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
