This role within the Production Team is focused on the forward planning and day-to-day management of EMG crew diaries.

We are looking for an organised, and helpful individual to support our operation.

Your key tasks will be to:
- Work with the engineering departments to effectively plan the diaries of staff engineers and assistants.
- Build strong working relationships with a wide range of individual staff members.
- Sculpt schedules with guidance from engineering managers, allowing individuals to grow and develop in their experience.
- Communicate changes of schedules with individuals.
- Monitor the workload and utilisation of crew members.
- Maintain the accuracy of scheduling databases to a high degree.
- Work with other members of the bookings team when staff are unavailable and freelance cover is required.

EMG UK will provide you with all the necessary training. This includes its own bespoke crewing system.

The Successful applicants must:
- Have proof of their eligibility to work in the UK.
- Have experience of crew scheduling.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Have a strong attention to detail and be able to balance conflicting priorities.

**Summary**

As a member of the Production Services department, the Crewing Coordinator will perform administrative activities to support OB operations, such as crew bookings and accreditation, as well as communicating these details to all relevant parties.

**Primary Reasonability’s and Duties**
- Assisting in the booking, hiring of freelancers and handling the associated paperwork as required by the needs of production
- To ensure all jobs and personal information are accurately maintained within our bespoke crewing system
- Ensuring planning sheets are sent to all freelancers in a timely manner, itinerary letters where applicable
- To assist with managing accreditation lists and post-job paperwork if required
- Assisting with general Production Service administration when required
