Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a CDP/Commis or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team

You will be trained additionally on our practices and be put through a Hygiene and Allergen certificate personal to you

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
