We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Event Security Supervisor to join our team. As the Event Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at various events, ensuring the safety and security of all attendees and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate security staff during events
- Conduct pre-event security checks and set-up
- Complete/ check any relevant paperwork and reports
- Respond to and resolve any security incidents or emergencies
- Liaise with event organizers and local law enforcement as needed
- Ensure all staff are abiding by current legislations, laws, policies and procedures
- Maintain staff discipline and when required conduct investigations/ discipline actions
- Complete reports for management and the client when required
- Monitoring all staff to ensure that tasks/ instructions are being followed and completed

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid SIA license
- Previous experience in event security -previous experience in a supervisor/manager role ideal but not essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- full uk driving license

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
