**Vehicle Engineering**

**The Production Supervisor role is based within our Vehicle Engineering business area.**

Vehicle Engineering is a market-leading manufacturer and converter of armoured vehicles and products. Drawing on over 100 years’ experience, we supply and support deployed vehicles worldwide to customers including the police, fire and ambulance services, civil service, and military. Together, we deliver an end-to-end through-life methodology to supply our clients with specialist vehicle conversions.

**The role**

**The difference our new Production Supervisor will make**
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will ensure the effective management of production, including the supervision of manpower and allocation of work is met in an efficient and cost-effective way.

Day to day, you will be managing the shop floor of staff to ensure KPIs are met, managing 10-12 direct reports and completing development and training for direct reports.

**Essential experience**:

- NVQ level2 (or extensive experience in automotive / engineering
- Working in a vehicle conversion environment
- Experience of leading groups of people
- Management within a fast paced automotive / production environment
