Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop production teams to consistently achieve safety, quality and output requirements.
Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives across processes, efficiency and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards.
Work closely with planning, logistics and engineering to maintain reliable, smooth production flow.
Monitor KPIs, identify issues early and take corrective action to maintain strong performance.

Key Skills & Profile

Proven background in production leadership, such as Supervisor or Manager roles, within fast-paced or high-volume environments.
Experience in automotive or similarly demanding manufacturing sectors with complex product ranges.
Strong, hands-on leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
Solid understanding of lean principles, continuous improvement and quality-focused manufacturing practices.
