**Fixed term contract - 6 month rolling contract**

Here at Serco we are one of the leading providers of outsourced customer services on behalf of central and local Government organisations.
**Role Purpose**
The purpose of the Asset Co-ordinator is to support asset management of devices, you will be required to keep a track of assets assigned to new starters in the business ensuring that we have the correct asset assigned to the correct users. You will also be required to take receipt of leavers Kit and arrange required Tickets to send kit back for Collection/Rebuild.
**Key accountabilities**
- Delivering an accurate, well planned stock management system for all contracts
- Having full accountabilities for all devices across locations maintaining and managing stock-flow
- Identify devices needing to be returned daily and proactively arrange appointments and or collection of all goods
- Actively manage stock ensuring all assets list are fully maintained daily
- Accountability to liaise with procurement ensure ordering of replacement devices to minimise impact on performance delivery
- Advise and inform the budget holder of all issues as they arise
- Oversee inbound and outbound of devices to prevent loss of equipment
- Have accountability for managing the courier service as and when required
- Work closely with recruitment suppliers ensuring efficient processes are in place to recover all devices
- Supporting of new projects and reporting back to Ops Support Leads
